Early breakfast

• Early breakfast box will be available on request. Please order from Reception no later than 18:00 the day before.

Changing room

• Available in the afternoon of your departure day. Located at the toilets close to the Reception on the right site when going to the Pool Area.(Not available due to Covid-19)

Day use of apartment

• Available on your departure day for €50.
• No cleaning will be provided on that day if you keep your apartment for Day Use.
• Please check availability and book in Reception at your earliest.
• Have you pre booked Keep the Room, kindly contact Reception the day before to get your day room.

Flight Info & Baggage

• During your stay, you will receive SMS messages about bus departure times, delays and other information you have registered with us beforehand.
• Between 24-48 hours before departure, you will receive SMS with bus pick up time and bus number. Please contact our staff if you do not receive such text messages.

Check in your baggage in a breeze, right at your hotel

• Sunclass Airlines has its check-in counter located at the lobby close to the Reception.
• This Easy Travel service is available for our guests travelling with Sunclass Airlines.
• One person per reservation can check in for the whole travelling group, however all tickets and ID documents have to be presented.

Extra baggage / Excess weight

• If you travel with Sunclass Airlines, the maximum allowance per person is 30 kg (incl. 6 kg of hand baggage), as well as 10 kg extra baggage at no extra cost.
• If you travel with other airlines, please check with them directly regarding baggage weight and excess baggage information.
