Info Tabata training is a timed interval method that alternates between 20-second periods of maximum effort followed by 10-seconds of rest

Tabata is a high intensity, full body workout exclusively based on a set of short intervals. The structure of the program is easy to follow – you push yourself  for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. Tabata can be performed in a Fitness studio or outdoors. 30min
